Answers

1. PERLAVITA has been designed to be simple and easy to use. Each bracelet features a clasp on one end, and the other end(where the clasp attaches), is actually a threaded cap, which can be unscrewed allowing you to slide beads off and on. To keep you beads in place, we have a variety of stopper beads that clip onto the bracelet at locations of your choice. One your beads are place where you want them, screw the endcap back on, being careful to align the threads. You should not have to screw the cap on with force. In this event, unscrew the cap and reseat it onto the threads.
2. PERLAVITA Murano glass beads come in hole sizes of 2mm(Due and Bimbi) and 5mm, which is the standard size. The 2mm is designed to work with our 2mm sterling silver bracelets, while the 5mm beads are designed to work with our larger bracelets and necklaces, as well as most other brands of European charms beads such as Chamilia and Pandora. Each product description should contain information regarding specific sizes of beads. 






























3. Yes, we use only genuine Murano glass.
4. All of our Murano glass and sterling silver beads are lead free. Beads with crystals may contain trace amounts of lead, similar to any other cut crystals product(decanters, Swarovski, wine goblets,etc.). California residents click here
5. Our PERLAVITA Murano Glass beads have a 4.7mm hole which will slide over most other popular systems such as Chamilia and Pandora. Our sterling beads will also work on other systems and many of them have threaded cores which will work on these other systems.
6. You have a couple of options to determine your proper bracelet fit. Measure your wrist and add one inch, this should allow you to fill your bracelet up with sterling and Murano glass beads and have it fit properly. If you only want to wear a few beads at a time, you may wish to add only 1/2(one half) inch to your measurement. Alternatively we have bracelets with extenders which can grow and shrink as you need. In this case, you will want to buy the size that is closest to your wrist measurement. Right now, we have only one size bangle and it fits 7 1/2 - 8 inch wrists.
7. We ship bracelets and necklaces in a soft suede pouch with our PERLAVITA logo. You will also have the option of upgrading to leather bracelet, earring, or necklaces boxes during checkout.
